According to Article 8 of the Amended K-REACH, the obligation of submitting an annual report under K-REACH has now been removed. The annual report system will be shut down from 30 March 2019. Background: 1 Jan. 2015, Korea REACH (Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemical Substance) officially took effect.
