Manufacturer or Importer of chemicals shall submit「Detailed statement of verification」to Korea Chemicals Management Association (hereinafter referred to as KCMA) prior to the manufacture or import (Customs clearance) after self-confirming whether the chemicals or the products are containing the regulated chemicals (hazardous chemical substance, non-phase-in substances, phase-in substance to registration) since Toxic Chemical Control Act (known as TCCA).
However, the authority is in the process of amending the system to be reported because it is a voluntary verification system by enterprise, and we would like to check in advance how enterprise should prepare for it.
